Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Goods may be on pre-order for team merchandise so processing times will vary in those cases.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (AUS)

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and location.

  • International Shipping

    • International shipping options are available to select countries. Delivery times will vary based on your location, typically ranging from 14-30 business days.
    • Customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Team High Country is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
